Corporate Interests in Murus Lead to Conflict; Might of the Emperor Responds.After failing one of Emperor Lavigny-Duval’s routine corruption audits, the Murus Monarchy recently lost the right to govern the system. Perceiving a weakness in security caused by the political upheaval, the Brib Gold Legal Limited Corporation has captured several of the system’s refineries.
In response to this aggression, Lavigny’s Legion has deployed a fleet under the command of Centurion CMDR Iceman AJL to reclaim the refineries. The conflict has been most intense around Schmidt Vision, where Centurion Iceman personally leads the assault against the main Brib Gold forces.
The superior forces of the Legion have clearly gained an upper hand. Praetor CMDR Bloody Ady has stated that disciplinary actions will be taken against the Brib Gold Legal Limited Corporation upon its submission to the Empire, which could lead to a complete seizure of assets.
