I'm writing this in a hurry - we're about to hit Taranis in a few minutes.
I was patrolling, preparing, and then I received a distress call in HIP whatever the name is. Right next to Imeut.
It came on one of the old pre-Stargoid AXI frequencies, the ones we don't use anymore.
Few people even know about those now. I had to try, pick up, see what happened.
I didn't expect Matthews after all these months. His DBX got thrown off course by Taranis when the big bug arrived, the beautiful bastard survived in emergency stasis all this time!
I knew it. He couldn't be dead, not with his experience. Not a Commander like him.
We've brought him to the flagship and fitted him out with an Anaconda that can breach the bastion.
I have to go. Taranis calls.
I'm coming. We're all coming, you big ugly bug!
