I've been in Colonia for three days now. I've been running some basic Data and Courrier missions along with simple Black Box recovery missions in order to make some Credits. But Credits are not what I'm really looking for. What I'm trying to stock up on is materials for Jumponium that I will need for my trip to Beagle Point. I've finally found some Polonium, however, at the expense of having to pay insurance on my ship for crashing into a high-g world once. I promise to be extremely careful from now on and pay more close attention to the gravity of the planet. I've made up some of my losses since but my search for more Polonium will continue, for now I have enough for three 100% Jumponium jumps and ten 50% Jumponium jumps.
I've acquired some data from previous commanders on which planets are the best to search for certain elements/materials. One of my wing mates, MissingSea, has also given me a good document to log all my discoveries on my way to Beagle Point. I will probably leave in a few weeks, for now I'll remain in the area and continue to do some missions and search for those ever rare Jumponium materials.
