Today I decided to visit the abandoned mine settlement known as Dav's Hope. I've heard from my Canonn Wing Commanders that this was a good area to find some engineering materials left behind by the miners that left. This place is creepy to say the least. There are strange noises beyond the comms appeal to leave the area because of dangerous cave-ins. I read the logs that had been left behind. This is nothing short of murder by a corporation of its employees. They were left to die after the tunnels collapsed, fully knowing what they were doing.
My wing commanders were correct, this is a great place to get some engineering materials, though the place saddens me to the core. Perhaps commanders should continue to come here to collect materials so that we never forget what happened here and never let another corporation treat its employees like cattle to be disposed of at the slightest sign of profit loss.
