The beginning of the end often comes after a high point. After some wonderful and wondersome days out in the Colonia region, I'm slowly but inevitably pointing the nose of "Gudrid" towards the Bubble. But gosh, what days I had! This universe is full of beauty. The deeper you go into the Black, the more of it unfolds. You can get lost in there, quite literally as well!
Exploring strange new plants, strange new worlds, and also strange old worlds – it all has been a blast. Well, it still is, there are still over 10k lightyears ahead of me. But after around 50k on my back, this somehow doesn't seem all that much. Currently staying on the "Jewel of Pirigen", stocking up for the final leg and having a wee chat with some of the locals – who are actually passing through just as me, only in the opposite direction towards Colonia. I have to slowly get "sociable" again, not sociable in a "Black" kind of way or how it was in Colonia. Sociable for the Bubble and all its issues. On the one hand I'm already dreading it, some of the stuff that's waiting there for me. On the other hand, I'm going to see Selene again. Oh dear, what am I going to do about that? Ah, let's not jump ahead. I pay another round for my little chatter group here and tomorrow we'll head out!
