Emergency Landing After Hyperspace Interdiction. Stranded.

I am writing to report an incident that occurred during my journey from Asher Barracks to Kagutsuchi System. I plotted a course for Kagutsuchi System, but I was interdicted during a hyperspace jump. The interdiction failed, but it still managed to rip my ship, the "Dwayne's Rock Johnson," out of hyperspace and off course. A thick atmosphere of an unknown planet surrounded the ship as Verity informed me of multiple modules failing at once. FSD offline.
The storm on the planet was terrifying. The shieldless build of my Krait left me vulnerable in this kind of storm, and large sheets of ice, razor-sharp, cut into the hull. I took the ship into a full dive, all power to engines and boosting hot. I then oriented the ship 90 degrees and hit the boosters to slow my descent, but the ground was approaching fast. Large sheets of ice crashed through the hull. There was no mercy from the storm and no possible way to avoid it, but I still made futile attempts, putting the ship into a roll as thrusters struggled to slow the ship. The ship was still going way too fast and I feared leveling the ship out would lead to catastrophic damage from the storm.
Thinking fast, I tilted the ship slightly to send us down the side of a nearby canyon, granting just enough time to slow the descent. The maneuver was risky, but it worked, and I managed to land the "Dwayne's Rock Johnson" in a large opening in the side of the canyon, where it would have some cover from the storm.
I remained stranded there for three days while the storm raged on, seemingly increasing in intensity until it finally stopped abruptly. Communications were finally restored, and I could safely leave the world. I am reporting this incident as part of my mission log, as it serves as a reminder of the unpredictable nature of our missions and the importance of being prepared for any situation in this galaxy.
