Barely escaped with my life today. Thargoid chaos rampant around settlement, hull at a meager 10%. Heart raced, managed to break free and jump to supercruise.
Limped into nearby system, found remote station for refuge. Ship smoking, battered, but still alive. Repairs completed, hull integrity restored. Forked over credits to "legal authorities," record wiped clean.
Reflecting on humanity's state, Thargoid invasion relentless. Are we doomed? We fight, but the tide seems unending. Yet, hope flickers, determination undimmed. Together, we will resist.
Decision made. Returning to Pentam system, answering the call for help. Will evacuate desperate, well-paying civilians to rescue megaships. Saving lives, fighting back - this is our stand.
