Well, I got to write the summary. With info about new extremely profitable smuggling missions. (until it got nerfed, hehe)
First popular system about is Sothis. 3742 Ships have passed through Sothis space in the last 24 hours. 2619 of them being ASPs. And I have a list of other systems within populated space. It comes from fellow CMDR`s comment to my post about blockade. Here they are, lets them be here saved:

Also first run I tried Cubeo. It have such missions too, but smaller payouts. So, mates, use this list wisely, I`m not checked any system from it, if someone have data about it, I`ll mark system as verified here. Remember! You can make 20+Mil Cr per Hour, if you didn't realise. And as one o the CMDRs said
"Just finished a 45 million run. Login dance required and switched to the mining outpost, got a lot of missions there. It's not the money I'm after its the boost to trading rank, I hate trading so much that I stopped when I got to Entrepreneur and this seems to be my best shot at getting Elite in that rank." Sure he was on ASP.
Good smuggling ship fits I found:

3. Python build with I happily ended up my 3 trips, if someone curious. Just switch prismatics to same level normal shield and you good to go!

This 100$%. Go there with an Asp with max cargo and max jump range. This ship costs approx 11 mil. If you don't have that much money, buy a hauler and kit it for long range / cargo. Do 1 smuggling run from Sothis and you can afford the Asp.
All you have to do is this:
1. Go to Sothis (you should be trade rank "Merchant")
2. Accept smuggling missions (all of them) above 2 million or so (at merchant they top off at around 5-6 mil)
3. You're basically stacking these missions. So log out / in from "Open" to "Solo" mode until you get all the missions that you want (they change everytime you go from solo to open)
4. All of these missions send you to the same area about 400 LY away. Fly there and hand them all in.
That's it. I started today with 5 million in cash (plus my Asp and Python) and after maybe 10 hours of play I am sitting in an Anaconda with a cool 60 mil in cash.
I've played this game for 300+ hours and I made more money TODAY doing this than I have since I started playing. I got my friend to do it and he went from an A-Spec Vulture to an Anaconda.
