Expanding my growing Fleet

I've earned substantial number of credits running trade routes and working as a mercenary-for-hire. With the excess of funds, now is a good time to expand my growing fleet of ships. I have acquired a Type-9 Heavy Hauler and an Alliance Challenger. I also earned enough reputation with Imperial Vendors to gain access and get my hands on an Imperial Courier. The Type-9 I have spec'd. out for running trade routes and aiding in humanitarian efforts. I can make good money with these ventures, I just have to watch out for pirates. The ship can haul a lot, but she is slow is regular flight and, not to be too crude, she has a fat ass. Getting away from pirates in this ship has proven difficult.
The Alliance Challenger will serve as my bounty hunting and combat vessel for now. Resource Extraction Sites are hotspots for pirates and there are always conflicts raging across the bubble. I've mostly stuck to fighting planetside, but now I am ready to take the fight to the stars. I may repurpose this ship to aid the Anti-Xeno Initiative with the growing Thargoid menace at the edge of the bubble.
As strange as it sounds, the Courier will probably serve as my flagship. Not in the since of firepower, but as my primary travel vessel. She is fast and, with some work from the bubble engineers, can go faster and have a respectable jump range to navigate the bubble with.
Speaking of the Engineers of the Human Occupied Space, my reputation continues to grow with them. A few of the engineers have sent me invitations to meet their colleagues. It has been a long journey so far, and it far from done, but I know it will be rewarding in the long run.
