The last remaining Thargoid Titan, Cocijo, has unexpectedly left the Col 285 Sector BA-P c6-18 system.
Reports from human AX forces fighting through surrounding systems to expose the Titan say it has reverted to the transient signal source detected prior to the Titan’s arrival on the edges of human space. Travelling at phenomenal speeds, Cocijo appears to be heading further into the core systems.
The mission that arrived from HQ was to evacuate the Sol system ahead of any invasion. The crew aboard the ship did a stellar job in transporting civilians and dignitaries to safety aboard the Cornwallis Rescue Ship.
We ran into a devastating Thargoid interdiction whilst leaving the Sol system, and our shields were completely taken offline. There we no casualities and the crew did a fantastic job in securing enough engine power to punch it into hyperspace before the INV Empress took any hull damage.
The INV Empress has moved into Emergency Protocol Measures for the next week. Some urgent upgrades will be undertaken whilst docked upon the Cornwallis Rescue Ship, if the appropriate parts can be sourced.

1. Investigate more counter Thargoid measures.
2. The blast-shields over the Luxury VIP suite windows need reinforcement.
3. Full armory restock onboard the Cornwallis.
4. Software upgrades made to the Detailed Surface Scanner (DSS).
