Rescue at Titan Raijin

I was actively involved in rescue efforts after Raijin began to disintegrate.During the time leading up to the explosion, I saw no organized rescue efforts by the Federation, the Empire, or the Alliance.
The only people there were CMDRs who volunteered to come to the rescue, including an anarchist (I had him repair my ship).
Maybe the media will report that most of the POWs were rescued.
But I saw people still stranded inside Raijin just before the explosion.
I think there must have been more than 10,000 people.
The cargo capacity of my ship was not enough to save them.
I will probably never forget that scene.
I don't think we can rescue all the people, but countries should be more active in rescue operations.
