Expedition Captain's log;We made it outside of the Inner Orion's Spur. At our tenth waypoint is when Commander Icepaw and I got the grim news of what happened in the Shinrarta Dezhra system. Our squadron is calling us to arms. Of course this is more on a volunteer basis. Even still, I cannot hold my team here if they wish not to be.
I was planning on doing a more detailed exploration of the system that is marked as our tenth waypoint.
While I feel disappointed to cut the expedition short, we did in fact have a lot done on our way out here. Thanks to the Thargoids, my time as an explorer for now are done. It's time to enter the endless waltz of war, once again. While I will always be the captain of the Nidhogg, I hereby relinquish my title as Expedition captain the moment we enter our home system. May our next expedition be better prepared.
