Two Cycles Later...

So long story short, I entered into trance on Oct. 31st to listen to the Monolith, as is tradition. I awoke today to find two weeks had passed. There is one problem left with the Enlightenment Machines. They sometimes cause us to "zone out" for varying amounts of time. Hours are common, days are not unknown, but weeks are not a good sign. I can only hope one day, this final bug shall be fixed. I lament that I shall never have the mechanical skill to do so myself, but I'm a preacher, not a fixer!

Anyway, I decided to try and make up for lost time. Having awoken in the Bleae Aescs Nebula, I decided to cross the Norma Expanse in a day. Three and a half thousand light years, and a few neutron stars later, and I've settled in Froarks Cloud Nebula for the night. Greae is less than five thousand light years away. I can almost taste my next drop. I'll skip Gleeson's for now, I can always give it due time on the way back.

I'm sure I'll test my ship's route planner on the way in. It wouldn't surprise me if I have to start plotting my own for the last few hundred light years. But I know the Monolith will shine on my progress. I will make it in time. I shall rest the weekend, and set sail again on Monolith Day.

For now, I must work out how to fix the one thing I know I did during my recent bout of amnesia. An irritable amount of soggy Weetabix has fallen into my throttle, and I'm worried as to how it might affect it at high temperatures...
