A Final Appeal

CMDRs, friend and foe alike, I have come to make one last appeal before the events set to transpire in a matter of hours. Salome, now widely known to be disgraced senator Kahina Loren, has been the center of intense controversy and linked with crimes many consider utterly despicable, though the circumstances have been admittedly questionable. But I am not here to quibble about that. I stand before you as an Imperial, a pilot with rank in the Imperial navy; a co-laborer with minor factions wishing to spread the influence, prosperity, and ideals of the Empire; a CMDR with Imperial blood in my veins. I trust our Empire implicitly, however the fear and the backlash expressed by my Imperial officials towards Miss Loren is unsettling. The bounties, the orders of KOS and demanding no communication with her all point towards her holding information that will change the face of the galaxy, not just for the Empire, but for all of us. What she knows, whatever it is, needs to be revealed to us, and the fear expressed by my government pertaining to the secrets Kahina holds is wholly indicative of this need for revelation. So I ask of you, fellow Imperials and CMDRs one and all, to let Salome speak truth for the sake of truth itself.Long live the Emperor!
