Entry 77 - 08.27.3303

27 Aug 2017MBaldelli
Current System:  Wregoe CU-T b44-2

I started the expedition a little earlier than intended, mostly because I couldn't sleep on the station (it actually didn't have the familiar sounds and vibrations I've gotten accustomed to from the Zheng He).  And in less than a handful of jumps, I've found yet another Ammonia World.  This will make the third that I've found in the lower regions of the Milky Way.  Not at all shabby when you think of it.

Also at less than 275 LY from Tchehen I'm beginning to find unexplored and cherry picked planets and moons.  This in itself seems more than a little surprising; but then again as I'm sitting here surveying Wregoe AU-T b44-2 that this isn't along the usual touristy destination spots that I've seen surveying out of Ceos/Sothis.  That is to say no Nebulae, no Stellar Nurseries, and certainly no locations that had previous human expeditions into.  It's just a whole lot of stars, stars and more stars.

This time, I'm ready for any surprise crash landings as I left at least on cargo pod on the ship.  That and if there's anything worth collecting, I'll be sure to try providing it's not against the illegal cargo rulles of the Bubble.

Well, I'm going planetside in Wregoe AU-T b44-2.  Seems that several of the planets have Vanadium and Tellerium and I want more of that for the hold(s).

While on A 6 of that star system, I also took the opportunity to check out the blue veins on the planet.  At first I thought they were excessive amounts of Cobalt deposits on the planet, but strangely enough they disappeared when I got close to them indicating it was some sort of optical illusion going on.  I'll have to check that out more when I get the chance from the ExtraNet.

Also on the first day I came across a USS that turned out to have occupied life pods from a destroyed Imperial Clipper. I hope they're comfy in those life pods, because I won't be heading back to the Bubble for a while yet.

And with that, time to clean up the cherry picked systems.
