In the navy

My first week in the Sirius navy as co-pilot aboard the heavily modified Python "interdictor".The python was set-up for combat with a heavily re-enforced military grade hull and additional front "bumpers" designed to protect the front of the ship where the cockpit is located and to enable it to ram other ships in relative safety.
The engines and FSD were upgraded and the rear of the ship looked different from stock ships as a result. The Python also had an interdictor module fitted which meant we can pull other ships out of Supercruise to engage them.
Once we catch them the ship is armed to kill them with beam lasers and pack-hound missiles which are a deadly swarm munition unique to Sirius ships.
The complete package was formidable and I spent the entire week on training flights just to learn the characteristics of the new ship and understand my role as co-pilot to support Ashley. Ashley was satisfied we were ready and declared us operational to Sirius navy command.
