The Copernic Project

Day 7 - 17.02.3302

We arrived at Hawking's Gap! I heard so much about this place but I never has been here before. At the moment we are only two commanders at the meeting point. No signal from the rest of our group... My wing buddy received a mystery message, the signal was encrypted. It seems like a common code. The message gave us some coordinations! Let's take a look, it's not far away from our location.

Next huge star on our way: 34,9109 sun radius, fuel scooping at 180ls!

We are close to the coordinates 25.0029 / 21.5814. The place looks amazing, the big crater covers a large area from this moon.

What is this? It looks like a small settlement but I don't see any life out there. The generators are still intact and the electricity is available. I think it's better to take a closer look. Good that I found some iron the other day. Now I'm save when I go out in my SRV!

10.883ly from start point: We scanned some data points and received four different messages from a commander who was living here for a while. He worked on a secret project here in the Hawking's Gap. We will expand our research in this region!

Do you like it?
