Recovery at the Bank of Zaonce - The Rockforth Fertiliser incident

Almost two weeks have passed since the "incident" with the Rockforth Fertiliser. It was on the 20th september 3305 when the credit administration office at the headquarters of the Bank of Zaonce noticed an abnormal increase of credit-gain among many commanders. Automated analysis of credit payments and payouts showed a large increase of credit balances from commanders who completed transactions at Marshall Dock in the Riedquat system. Zaonce's credit administration office registered rather too late many peak profit incomes of 3 billion credits an hour, sometimes even more. Economic officers were alarmed as the total count reached up to 1,2 trillion credits being generated each hour. Something went very wrong.Usually, the Bank of Zaonce is there to act independently when registering credits for all commanders. It is their task to manage and secure credit balances, assets and insurances for all commanders and interstellar companies, never to interfere. Therefore Zaonce was unable to see where the loads of credits were exactly generated from. It was at the first trillion credit mark when Marshall Dock was alerted and adviced by Zaonce to shut down transaction channels linked to the unbalanced flow of credits which by that time was well-known to be happening. Investigators are still searching what has caused the administration errors with the Rockforth Feriliser and why the core systems took so long to act and shut down the Rockforth Fertiliser buy-and-sell options. Managers at Marshall Dock who where well aware of the large transactions said they were unable to manually deactivate the transaction panel due to the constant request of Rockforth Fertilisers. Both the systems and the managers could never overrule the hardware as long as requests were made constantly. Interruption was impossible and so the transactions were kept being conducted uninterrupted for hours. Zaonce's alarming message contained a data key which was used to override the systems and finally shut down the Rockforth Fertiliser and end its abuse.
Back at Zaonce, counting finished. Trillions of new credits were introduced into the interstellar data traffic. Several meetings were held at Zaonce, the stability of the credit would be in danger. Too many credits had been released, too many at once, too many at one place. The Bank of Zaonce, Big Six, Galactic Insurance, Rackham Capital Investments, TBW Investments, Trouble Banking and Welfare Investments all agreed to revise and initiate a rollback on all completed transactions related to the Rockforth Fertiliser.
Although commanders were not to keep their credits gained through the Rockforth Fertiliser incident, it was marked as one of, if not the largest gold rush in the history of Elite Dangerous.
