21 Mar 2023Diedericque
Article IA gold rush may be spoken of if the scene or activity in/during which a commander single-handedly is capable of achieving profit of equal or more than double the average profit from Combat + Exobiology + Exploration + Mercenary + Trading. When in wing, the same definition applies but with the exception that the average has to be calculated by reduction of what the activity costs in total times two.
It is important to note that profits from activities with a long duration also should be averaged to a value per time frame.
Article II
To note an average, it can be calculated from the values of what commanders achieve in the ship that is most suitable for that particular activity.
However, to consider a most fair average, powerplay ships (such as the Federal Corvette and Imperial Cutter) should be excluded from involvement.
Article III
In the extend of the previous article ,any type of gold rush, whether it is from Combat, Exobiology, Exploration, Mercenary or Trading, would not be defined differently when taking into account having specific assets that may be necessary or otherwise significantly useful to achieve exceptionally high profits.
Article IV
Gold rushing isn't considered to be illegal but may be an exploit which, if not reported, may result in external interventions.
When a gold rush exceeds numbers of profits which are higher than +1000% of the previously mentioned average, a rollback is initially advised by the Bank of Zaonce to prevent an economic crisis.
Article V
Parhelion Regulations apply aside interstellar Imperial Law and as for this determination the content can be changed when updates noticeably change the gameplay. Parhelion does not report gold rushes.
The Parhelion Regulator always implements the GR chapter.
