FSD upgrades

I've just arrived at Deciat 6A to engineer the FSDs for the new Federal Assault Ship and Federal Gunship. That will upgrade their jump ranges from piffling to marginal. Hopefully I'll be able to do a little travelling with them. It's always awkward having to travel somewhere then transport your battleship there via courier.
