SOLARIS . Alone...But not Lonely.

The system I like to mine in the most, I affectionately named Solaris. Here we are again drawn to this memorising B class star, an hypnotic island in the ocean of space, like its namesake from the a book written many, many years before by Stanislaw Lem, it bewitches you, draws you into its space by feeding your subconscious with what it craves, a yearning for something missing inside yourself.
I find myself staring and thinking, when I should be mining, the irony of finding substance in the emptiness of deep space. Tucked between the rocks of the belt, I sit in the cockpit of the Siberia, out here I am alone...but i'm not lonely.
The Sirius Mining board have been trying to contact the SFS Expanse as it orbits, Captain Koch and the others onboard are all experiencing the same delusions or are they a reality, maybe an echo of another universe trying to communicate or even assimilate with our own.
We continue on, we have contracts and deadlines and I need to put things in prospective. I just hope i can control the urge to lose myself again.
