So after a week got to Elephant Trunk Mines, what a journey the places I have seen and for the first time where humankind hasn't been before. but getting to a station what a relieve. Never been outside the bubble before. but al least I made it here, thou sitting in the bar with these frontier boys and the stories OMG the stories. I started to talk to Gus whom is from the empire was telling me about an alien ship wreck in one the systems between here and the mining operation at NGC 7822 , they found whilst searching for jumponium. he described it as being half buried in a asteroid but not like it crashed but merged in it. They tried to get close but the radiation alarms went berserk and the field scanner wouldnt lock on to the type to give a result , some weird purple orange liquid metal substance, one of the pilots collected some but soon as it was brought on board the ship crytalized and the engines detonated, taking out 2 other pilots.
When I asked which system he clammed up and said he couldnt tell me as it was now system locked by the Miners guild ,as mich as I tried to talk to him , he wouldnt say another word , so I paid for his next drink and went back to my ship.
Might head out towards NGC 7822 nebula and have a looksie
