We join an address of the Pilot’s Federation Headquarters in Shinrarta Dezhra by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Ryders of the Void.“Fellow commanders. I am here today to request your assistance in a matter that is larger than any one faction. In fact, it is larger than any one quadrant of the Local Group. Right now, in Deciat, there is a war being waged between the Ryders of the Void and the Independent Deciat Green Party. This war has become a proxy war between the Federation - who favor the so-called “Independent” Green Party - and the rest of Humanity.
“For the last several months, the Ryders of the Void and their allies have patrolled Deciat and provided safe harbor to commanders that simply wanted to visit Garay Terminal, the White Monkey, or Farseer Incorporated. At no time did the Federation provide security to drive away the pirates and reavers that sought to prey upon innocent commanders. Only now is the Federation suddenly interested. It isn’t for your benefit and it isn’t even for their financial benefit - it is merely a checkmark in some Federation accountant’s ledger.
“So, again, we humbly request your assistance, commanders. Come to Deciat. Fight against the Independent Deciat Green Party. If you can’t make it to Deciat, fight the Federation in their territories. Help the Ryders of the Void continue to help YOU. Because - regardless of the outcome of this war - it will not be the Federation working every day to keep you safe in Deciat. It will be the Ryders of the Void.
