My thoughts on the Krait its quite the nimble peppy little ship. I do like the grouping of the hard points especially being able to see the lower hard points deploy and fire off is a nice touch. But I have notice a bit of an issue where the aiming on gimbaled tends to jitter wildly especially up close. I will say there's hardly no need to add heat sink to it, as it runs fairly cool and modding the beams to efficient and the power distributor will give you a very long time to keep the fire going and your guaranteed perma boosting. with grade 5 dirty drives I was easily able to boost away close to 527 from any trouble. Shields are decent but likely won't hold out too long against a pvp player or your group of 3 or more npcs and unless you have some hull reinforcements don't expect to be tanking a lot of hits. I do like that you can launch a fighter out of the bay and still have room to put a rover bay and cargo bay. So overall its a good multi role ship is it the python killer that's hard to say I feel if you enjoy more of a fighting role you'll diffidently enjoy the fast and maneuverability of the Krait. Where if you like running missions and having a bit extra protection then the python might be more suited for you.
