Saving tilly

well its been a while since I did a log entry so here goes. I was heading out to sag a a few weeks ago to have a look and do some more exploring when there was an accident in engineering and out chef engineer tilly was badly injured. the good drs had her on life support and we had all decided that in the best interest of the shop and crew we were going to turn the life support off . but then one of our crew remember a dr in the sol system that was an expert on brain injures and could save her. .only problem was the 88 jumps to sol . no human had one as many jumps before and we did not know what the effects were going to be on the said person . so our android bill stepped in and said she could do it . turning my ship over to an android was not the thing I was looking for but I trusted her to do the right thingso we gave her a go .only problem we had a two hour deadline. as that's all tilly had left. so she began .smoothly at first and after about 60 jumps the problems started . first jumping to close to a star a few time the heat started to burn some of our systems and we had to stop to repair . we did make it to sol but the deadlas was another 15 mins away and we knew that all that effort was going to be in vain of we did not do something. my chef scientist came up with a great idea and it gave us the extra time to get home and save tilly.. so now tilly rests and recovers while we decided what to do or where to go next .mind you I hope I wont be turning my ship over to an android again soon .it takes all the fun out of flying around the galaxy
