Captain's Log - Entry: 09-1 3304

It has been almost 6 months since my final entry in my personal logbook whilst aboard the Ninety-Niner upon arriving in Colonia. Over that time, the crew and myself have made quite a name for ourselves in this ever-expanding, outlying colony.Most notably, my most trusted fighter pilot, Kaci Delgado, and myself achieved the combat rank of Elite following a 2 week combat excursion back in August of 3303. The achievement was met with much fanfare from the rest of the crew, and in the months that followed we continued to forge relationships with the local factions and achieve further goals.
Today, however, the void seems to be calling out to us again as we prepare for our next large expedition: a long-distance trip to the core... Sagittarius A*. Though whether we launch in these early hours or within the next few days has yet to be determined, we are all eager to set off into the black; once again to return to Colonia with many fresh discoveries as the spoils of our journey.
I remain confident that this expedition will be the one that earns our crew the title of Exploration Elite, and the coveted achievement of Triple Elite status with the Pilots' Federation.
Time will tell...
