Long Drive II, part 1, Let's try again...

December, 05, 2015/3301This will be my second attempt to travel to the Perseus Arm of the Milky Way, and then follow that arm to the center of our galaxy to Sagittarius A*.
This time in the Aronnax II, which I've equipped with a 2A power plant instead of a 2D, for the improved heat efficiency. I've also brought only two heat sinks this time.
Lessons learned:
1. Fly conservative. You can't win the race in the first lap, but you can lose it.
2. Do not trust the navi-computer. Plot shorter routes with end points at scoop-able stars.
Fortunately, none of the lost cartographic data was of great value; mostly T-type stars and ice bodies.
Now, the beers are cold and fuel tank is full. Leaving from Feguson Escape in the Acawar System.
Let's try this again.
