Mission: Top Secret-Destination: Unknown

Sitting in the back row of an Emperor's Dawn space station wondering what the hell we've been ordered to do. The Federation and the Empire are not at war. The point is stressed to us constantly in our missions. Granted, our relationship isn't spectacular, but the difference in beliefs pretty much guarantees that. Personally, I disagree with the Empire's lifestyle. But that doesn't mean I want to light a wildfire. Earlier today, I received, or rather, my squadron received, top secret orders to assist the Emperor's Dawn in Tabaldak. We've been instructed specifically to turn our ID's to name broadcast only, and we're cleared to fire on security vessels. When I joined the military I had no intention of fighting against the Imperial Navy, especially not alone. We have no reinforcements, no emergency supply line, and worst of all, if any one of us are taken prisoner, we have to deny all involvement with the Federal Navy, so they couldn't help us. My CO couldn't even tell us why we were tasked with this job. We aren't even getting paid, at least in credits. If the Empire finds out we've been operating with the group that assassinated their last Emperor, who the hell knows what they'll do. And it's all up to us. Here goes....
