War is upon us

Force my friends is violence. The supreme authority from which all other authority is derived.Despite what philosophers, pacifists and others claim about the folly of warfare, are deluding themselves into wishful thinking at best. When despots and tyrants reign themselves untouchable, when oppression is rife and assassinations are common, will they still claim the same? Will they dare to utter how a pen is mightier than the sword when the pen is systematically terrorized? No, a serrated knife and a twist will end that life and pave a way to a just and liberated society.
Cue in the Thargoids. Our history books are littered with our many conflicts and engagement with these treacherous bugs. No pen, no diplomacy and no political influence preserved the essence and survival of mankind better than a loaded up Multi-cannon, sending a thunderous barrage of righteous fury and a clear-cut message: The only good bug is a dead bug.
They dare to interdict our ships in hyperspace and disable their systems. They meticulously scan each and every single one of us and then escape as swiftly as they can. Who is the say these supposed 'peaceful' encounters as others claim, aren't their attempts to breach our security and extract valuable military intelligence? We've noticed increased activity and sightings of these Thargoids. Only the ominous sounds emitted from their ships signal any kind of verbal 'communication', if you can call it that, to the outside world. Once more do they disable our ships as callously as the whilst they harvest valuable materials behind our backs.
It is certain then, that they are treading closer and closer to the heart of civilized space, that they are gearing up for another inevitable, massive engagement with mankind once more. Another lesson is self-evident here: Those who are ignorant of history, will repeat the mistakes in the past consistently. Whilst history will never predict the future, it will definitely show a pattern in behaviour.
