CMDR Erasariel, personal log, April 10, 3308. Recorded April 11, 3308, 05:57.It is just about a month since I returned to active duty among the ranks of commanders aligned with Princess Aisling. For most of this time I have shuttled around the Princess' domain, helping out her citizens and her favored factions wherever I could. In this time I've learned that I am more comfortable planting my feet on a specific system and work for the Princess' interests for an extended period of time. For the past day and a half I have concentrated my efforts in Goplang, where the HIP 109787 Collective has stood on shaky ground and a fellow cooperative faction, the Co-op of Yaguvit, has been locked in a defensive war against the feudal lords of the Kuun-Lan. Both of those days I fought for the Co-op of Yaguvit, leading them to multiple skirmish victories which I hope will push the war in their favor. Speaking of wars, I have learned that the HIP 109787 Collective war effort I was supporting in Nemetati led to total victory over Noctero Flag, which pleases me greatly.
Earlier on the ninth, I did a stint of exploration as I carried a tourist entourage around for a while. I got some experience in exobiological work, which I will do quite a lot more of when I next decide to delve deep into the black. I collected samples of quite a few species, one of which was a very valuable Stratum species, an analysis of which got me almost a million credits. It was not the most efficient way to get credits, and there were a few annoyances especially with some Bacterium analyses, but I quite liked the experience and would make it an integral part of my next discovery expedition.

For most of today I focused my efforts on a mining stint with the Aoki Lapis, mining precious metals and ores in a nearby uninhabited star. This stint netted me a few million credits in profit. I then sat back in my beloved Wailord and performed multiple trading missions for the HIP 109787 Collective, facilitating trade between their holdings here and in their home system. Tomorrow, I will follow up on another mining stint, as I have a few requests for ores I would like to fill - and, if the war against the Co-op of Yaguvit is not over, lead them to another day of victory to seal the deal. For now, some precious hours of rest before another day of work for the Princess.
