Fleet has now a Propaganda-Channel

The time i toke over the hilt of the sword of my fleet, we were existent but not were well known.This has Change till today. In the German community, many know the Name now.
Now it is time, they start to know the People in the fleet.
As it`s Admiral is worked to get the Page into a better setup, changed the layout. I think it is quite good now.
Now we added some TWITCH-Channels.
They are not many, but it will do.
