I never had a home. I was born into poverty, into perpetual starvation. I grew up staring at the Great Beyond, and it became my biggest wish. My greatest hope. To go there, to the Great Beyond, and find home. To find a place to belong. A place to simply... exist. But I never did. I never found home.I heard whispers of 63 G. CAPRICORNI and those who inhabit that system. The Diamond Frogs. I took to my Sidewinder, broken and torn apart; Yet I made the perilous journey to CAPRICORNI, barely unscathed. My ship, torn, a useless husk, far from the prized possession I once thought it to be. But I made it to Skvortsov Orbital. And there they were; The Diamond Frogs. I came to them with broken hopes. They welcomed me with open arms.
Maybe there is hope. Maybe there will always be hope. Maybe I will find a home here, among the stars. But one thing is for certain.
