I am happy with the current situation. The route i chose seems to be fine. Rich in scoopable stars and some of the systems even have slightly interesting planets. The Swoiwns OT-O b24-0 system had a few ones for example. Since i have read about alien structures on the Galnet last "night", i landed on the average heated high metal content planet C 1 to see if there is anything interesting. Sadly the only thing i found was a broken Scarab, which seemed to be a slightly older version of todays Scarabs. About 500 meters nearby was a ship wreckage. My first thought was "Well, that could've been me". I couldn't determine what kind of ship it was though. So, i gathered all of the 8 escape pods i could find from that crash site. In addition, i duct taped my cargo hatch. Hope that i will not lose them again.| Broken Scarab | Ship wreckage |

I don't know if it was luck, that i found at least something non-natural on a planet, but i definetly had to do some further researches on the alien structures. I should've visited them first before i started this exploration trip, but you never stop learning. So i searched the Galnet again for more details. Apparently there are 3 known planets with things of unknown origin (Synuefe XR-H d11-102 1 b with the ancient ruins, Merope 5 c with the alien barnacles and Pleiades Sector JC-U b3-2 1 also with 3 alien barnacle sites). The interesting part is, that all these planets have similarities. For example, the combination of surface temperture, size/gravity and not having an atmosphere is not very common.
I will take a closer look on every planet, which have characteristics close to these:
- rocky body or high metal content body (maybe other bodies too, except pure icy ones)
- 0.0003 - 0.009 earth masses
- 476 - 1,478 km radius
- 297 - 379 kelvin in surface temperture
- 0.07 - 0.18 G
- no volcanism / major silicate vapour geysers (and others)
- no atmosphere
I have not found anything special yet, but i still have a long way to go and so much to experience.
