Vacation from Federal duty - Cycle 28

Logbook: My recently acquired T7 was destroyed twice before it could even get a name. Not only the insuarance but also a fully loaded cargobay gone to the void. I wont risk such a setback again. Credits lost, experience gained - I carry on with my Asp "Feuerkäfer" doing the old Rare-Trade-Route mostly in Federal Space and improving it with new found goods. On the way I encountered two systems witch were fighting against dictatorships. I promised to return and brought Cmdr G.R. whom I met on the way, whilst fetching my trusty old vulture "Geier". Together we earned some repuation and credits. Finally I could overcome my loss from the failed T7 experiment. When the new suits for planetary landing became available I was on a trip from Sothis back to the bubble on a shady trade mission. I decided to make a break from business routine for a short touch down on solid ground. I was venturing on new horizons when I got a message from Cmdr G.R.
It was time to take off again and do some missions for the Federal Navy. We were passing Tollan, LHS 224, Chemaku, Tun and other systems in a rush. Finally we came to Wolf 926 with a mission of data retrieval from a settlement called Burgess Survey. We learned what high security on ground level means. We tried to breach the defenses with our SRVs and our spaceships with combined fire, but we had to retreat with two SRVs destroyed. The Goliaths combined with the Flak-Turrets and missile fire were too tough to overcome. Lucky enough we came out of this adventure alive, happy to be still able to tell about it.
Also the moon Wolf 926 B 2 E left a deep impression with a surface full of scarred mountains and mounds. I think I will return in search for oddities and canyons to fly in.
Diary: Finally a break. I have to admit that I have been thinking about the overwhelming feeling of energy that Aganippe Rush used to give me, back in the times when I was trying to prove the evil schemes of Notis' unpopular Revolutionary Values Party. Now the Master Chefs are ready to cook - thats what the media are saying. I am getting a little bit worried about the recent developments.
This is why I cant lean back and relax on some nice touristical beach-planets. No, I need to strengthen my effort to make money to finally get the Faulcon DeLacy ship of my dreams - a Python: sturdy, reliable, universal. That is what I need.
