Distant Worlds - SAG A*

Finally I have cought up with the Distant Worlds Fleet at Waypoint 11with my new assemled Exploraiton ASP. I have been at Sagittarius A*. Its massive beyond words.
Now I can think of myself as spacepilot indeed. It feels like an initiation.
As I linger at that giantic maelstorm fussy voices emerge out of the white noice of the fleetcomms. A pilot has crashed at the gatheringplace over at Armstrong Landing. Damnit - exactly when I catch up another one has to ground his ship into the hard rock of a far away planet. I keep silent at the core. It's not only me and that pilot who have lost ships and memorys. Sagittarius A* gravitational center of the galaxy - how many ships have you eaten? How many pilots crashed on the way to see your gigantic mouth?
It has taken me about 20 days to travel from Sinclair Colony at the rim of the inhibited bubble to the galactic core in my lightwight ASP Explorer "Feuerkäfer" and I have only seen a small part of our galxy yet. Space is vast indeed.
Now that I have managed to catch up I feel tired. Tired and sick of all that emptyness and all the condensed dust circeling burning stars and nebulas. I think this is all I could take. Thanks to the fleet and the pilots I met on the way I made it until here. I dont know if I would have had the will to fly until the core all alone. I doubt it.
