"Project Completed #001"

On the 2nd of March I set out from Singer Gateway, my storage and home to my ASP Explorer, to try and max out all my materials. My squadron provided me with the necessary information to achieve this goal, pointing me toward a video uploaded by CMDR Exigeous (video below). The raw materials were the first on my list, so I started from the material trader at Thomas Dock, Tagomane, and did two trips up and down to the crystal shard sites mentioned in the video. I was ready for the next material-type on 3306-03-06.

This was followed by days jumping back and forth between the material trader at Ray Gateway, Diaguandri, and "Jameson's Demise", HIP 12099. This took more trips than I had anticipated: 24 trips, to be exact... Moreover, I also did two trips to "The Bug Killer", HIP 16613, to top-up on traded raw materials as well as doing the data-materials. So I did a total of 26 data-material runs, before I had completely filled up my data-materials on 3306-03-12.

I thought I had done the most work by now. My manufactured materials are usually pretty well stocked. But I had forgotten the randomness of High Grade signal sources... No garanties anymore in spawn-rates! I spent 4 days grinding and trading Proprietary- and Core Dynamic Composites. Then I had only the "less hard to get" grade 5 materials to refill. That took me another 2 days! But today I reached my goal!!!

In total, this project cost me: 16 days (over 80 in game hours), just over 500 jumps and 776 limpets. Again: all a little more than anticipated...

CMDR B.A.R out.
