Official End to Operations in Black Omega Space

The Railroad marks the official end to operations in Black Omega space.The final transfer of authority in Wongo has been completed - Chancellor Landry and the Confederation of Wongo have taken back control of their home system.
Black Omega is henceforth responsible for maintaining the status quo of the Liberation Zone of 5 systems as agreed, and to fulfil their promise of selling slaves to their freedom upon completion of the period of servitude under the agreed humane conditions as per the peace treaty.
