Going to BEAGLE POINT or OEVASY SG-Y D0??? BE WARNED

Hello fellow Commanders,I've never left a log like this before and I'm okay, but I'm leaving this to make sure you're all okay too o7.
If you're at BEAGLE POINT or OEVASY SG-Y D0 (the furthest point from Sol), then there are some griefers waiting to kill you in open, who have been there for weeks.
I had a lucky escape last night (and will be leaving my normal log in due course). I was in the system OEVASY SG-Y D0 and travelling to the 3 distant terraformable worlds which are the furthest you can be away from Earth in Elite and I said hello to the system chat.
Someone pretending to be a decent person was speaking with me, having a laugh and even recommended a game - but don't be fooled! I had a weird feeling that something was up, when they kept asking for my location every few messages. Being well aware that I'd spent over 250 hours earning 1.6b exploration data from thousands of jumps and over 20 thousand scans, I was cautious to say the least.
Then I saw their ship is called 'BLESSED FRAGCONDA', it's filled with Frag cannons, was in a team and clearly wasn't there for the views. It happened so quickly but I'm glad I noticed in time. As soon as I saw those frag cannons, I moved the screen back to centre view to esc out of the instance and noticed them aiming above me - clearly to get behind and interdict me.
Now, this is a lesson in general I think - don't play in Open. Full stop. Solo can be boring but if you fly in Mobius PVE, at least some scumbag isn't going to ruin your hundreds of hours of effort.
The main things which influenced me to decide that leaving this log is 100% necessary were all the lies, including:
- They claimed to be German but their EDSM shows they're Spanish. So one's clearly not correct.
- He was speaking like a decent person, to trick me into murdering me for no reason.
- His defence for his PVP loadout was that he was killed in an exploration ship so his PVP set up was defence.
- If you look on Reddit and Youtube - you'll see he enjoys killing innocent people.
- When I realised his 'game', I suggested CQC a few times but he never directly replied. Looking online, I can see he's helpless at CQC.
- Evidence shows he would rather tag team a defenceless exploration ship and upload them to reddit if they're interdicted and manage to log out.
- Even his INARA profile shows him as SPACE COWBOY / OUTLAW.
- On EDSM, you can see his ship 'BLESSED FRAGCONDA' was actually called BLESSED FRAGCONDA [GANKER].
- They are there to ruin other people's months and months of effort for no gain of their own.
- Other than maybe making people rage quit Elite Dangerous?
I wasn't going to mention their name but seeing as they post the innocent people they're killing for no reason, his name is JAN-RD2.
If someone wants to call me a carebear that's their choice and they're free to do that. From my stance, I just consider myself a decent guy and help anyone wherever I can. I even recommended EDDI to him, to help him earn more money when I though he seemed like a nice chap at the start.
