The void of space does strange things to people.So I'm mapping out yet another uncharted system, watching the data roll in and messing around on Inara (by far the best social networking site on Galnet), when Radio Sidewinder busts out with this one classical tune from that documentary I mentioned before - you know, the one they played over and over in that one bar on that one dusty planet with the twin suns?
You know what I'm talking about, I'm sure.
Anyway, I love that song. As I'm sitting there groovin' along to it in my chair, I thought to myself "there's no one around - why not get up and shake that thang properly?"
And so I did. Thousands of light years away from what we humans define as civilization, for no reason other than I can, there I am wigglin' my butt along to a thousand-year-old tune.
This is the best job in the galaxy. -Sid
