Received new orders today, it turns out Intelligence has uncovered an Emperor's Dawn base in the Kausalya system and I've been assigned to it. Finally some action I don't have to hunt for, on the up side it gives me a chance to test out the new Vulture I've been given and earn a fair amount of credits, on the down side it feels like we're doing the Empires job for them by taking this base out. The Emperor's Dawn are a faction within the Empire that mainly stick within Empire space and attack Imperial ships, it would seem that Patreus' war on them has made them shift and start forming bases within Federation territory.So without further ado it's off to Gernhardt Station to get my local orders and start showing the galaxy why we in the Federation don't have this kind of factional issues.
