ERS Leadership troubles.

Well it's been a long career with Elite Republic Squad however it seems that the current leadership is lackluster and absent when it comes to Inara at the very least, Squadron members haven't been updated with the ranks they should have and the "Leader" has been absent for nearly a year in all aspects, if these simplest of duties are not corrected soon i feel that a "vote of no confidence" is warrented and if needs be a coup may be in order. ERS is a family and has been for many years with reality coming first however details and data have always been in good upkeep.
