So that's 25 permits unlocked and some serious attempts to unlock some more (4 Sextantis, via allying with 4 Sextantis Inc, searching for the elusive Hip 54530 Gold Universal Group and fossicking around systems like Mbooni plus Witch's Reach et al) . I've one more I know I can definitely unlock but that is a big grind I'm only about a third of the way through. Nothing for it now but to keep eyes peeled for info on systems like Polaris and Mingfu and slog away.
