Journey to Sagittarius A: Day 33

Loc: Byoomi AV-X e1-1118Just jumped into a neutron star system and as usual, all the planets and stars were already scanned given how frequently ships use these stars to extend their jump range. Usually, there would be nothing much in these systems, all the planets would be dead husks or gas giants but oddly enough, one of the planets in the system was terraformable. The planet was orbiting around 1.2k ls away from the neutron star and had already been thoroughly mapped but it was still interesting to know that neutron stars had a habitable zone (although it seems like a neutron star's habitable zone should be around 100 ls).

The next star system that I had to jump to was a binary star system with a neutron star and a M type red dwarf. While there was nothing spectacular about the neutron star, the M type star was a different matter altogether. There were 10 planets orbiting the M dwarf and 9 of them were terraformable. Of course, all the planets had been thoroughly mapped and scanned but I was still surprised at the sheer number of planets that could theoretically support life and were in the star's habitable zone.
