Well, I got myself a Viper. Went for the Mk IV, as the Mk III didn't have as much space and I'm using it to haul cargo until I can afford a Truck, then I can turn this one into a strike vessel and learn how to scrap a bit better!Timing was good - the systems around here have just had an outbreak and there's some serious money to be made hauling meds around; some of the factions are offering silly money to take meds to their allies, but even if I'm just trading I can made over 100k a trip in this - better than the 20k max I'd have got in the sidey (if I ditched the shields!)
Maybe that Cobra isn't out of reach ...
