So finished up ranking to ensign for Federation. Figure I ought to get some Empire rank so I've Ngalinn/Mainani pair.Unfortunately Ngalinn is in war so data missions are few and far between. Mainini is better. Having trouble getting up enough rating with local factions to get the naval missons. Goal is to get the Master rating to get the imperial Courier. May go one more to get Achenar access.
Also I've rebased to Van Maanens Star. Not sure If I'll stay there but seems to be a fair bit of Hutton Orbital Trucker work in that vicinity.
