To Colonia, and Beyond - Personal Log - Week 1

So. Much. Space.Honestly, I'm always a little surprised at myself when I forget how big our galaxy really is. Roviden and I are taking the same path, on slightly separate routes, to Colonia. We land frequently, but with little to show for the journey thus far.
I mean, it's not like I'm not enjoying the trip, but I find myself, especially now that the end of the first leg (for me) is near asking "are we there yet?", while Roviden says little or nothing for most of the journey. I mean, yes - we're landing frequently to share a bite, take a rest, and swap images of places and celestial objects we've seen, but for his part, he's generally quiet in the systems that we meet in. I find that to be the hardest part.
I've spent most of my life in space in one form or another, but I'm usually surrounded by people, making short trips, or taking passengers for the longer ones. This is the furthest I've been from home, and knowing how much further I intend to go, I'm getting anxious. I need a break. I need to get to Colonia.
