Cobra MkIII - Old-New Experience

OK, so stealth setup doesn't work indeed. At least it doesn't work for Cobra through its poor heat management performance. And besides, I must admit that I'm not best user of multicannons which is necessary for stealth setup anyway. Also, I finally remembered what irks me the most in that ship: those bottom small hardpoints are spread too far from the major axis of the ship that makes them almost useless even for gimbal mounted weapons in most cases. So, eventually I removed all multicannons and installed fixed lasers to medium hardpoints, and for small hardpoints I've settled upon a seeker missile rack and a railgun for now. Maybe in future I'll come up with something else.
I'm also decided to swap reactive surface composite armor to mirrored hull, but installed point defence turret instead heat sink launcher (don't need it anymore, since I don't plan to use stealth setup now anyway) in case of missile threat.
I've been experimenting with some shieldless builds in favour of additional armor, however seems like it doesn't worth it - front modules of the ship take too much damage during combats. Was not impressed by Bi-Weave shields, so probably will install standard A-rated.
Despite all the troubles, seems like now I have a good and cheap vessel for wide range of activities including black operations that could be extremely useful for my service in The 9th Legion. I even got two economy class passenger cabins there, which I could swap to limpet controller or fuel scoop when necessary.
Meanwhile, I think my 'vacation' trip had gone on long enough, so now it's time to get my ass back to Malaikudi sector. One more stop in Lave system and good to go.
