Ladies and Gentlemen....The Indefatigable...

I named my expedition craft 'The Indefatigable', an Imperial Cutter. It was HUGE!
I arranged a launch ceremony and invited friends and acquaintances. It was at such short notice, only a hand full of people turned up even with the invitation extended to loose acquaintances.
Britta the Witch turned up (and predictably got very drunk and begged me not to go!), and my good friend Mike Redon was there, unfortunately so was the very annoying Luke, who followed me around like a annoying terser hound, along with a smattering of brokers I'd got to know from various stations and campaigns(who were probably here to get a look inside an Imperial Cutter).
Now it was time to think about fitting out this expedition craft- focused on maximum range.
Class 7 A FSD drive, certainly, light alloy woven hull, probably, for lightness,
minimal weapons, for defensive purposes only and I had to appropriate a Guardian FSD booster some way.
Inside my new Cutter I felt right at home. The fixtures and fittings were just like my Clipper, but more grandiose and with just so much space for one person.
If all went according to plan, I would be living-in for up to a year.
This meant repair limpets, and AFM maintenance modules.
Big class 8 A fuel scoop.
I had a paired down shield generator. I really didn't feel comfortable with this, but it was necessary in order to get my FSD range target of 40 LYs. I had gotten use to the luxury of prismatic shields of the Imperious Rex and the Conquistador where I could listerally ram stations, planetoids and even a stellar core fragment and still register no appreciable hull damage. This would no longer be the case and I had to fly diligently again...
