Community goals

Aegis Research has issued a statement amid growing concerns that meta-alloy harvests in the Pleiades Nebula have slowed dramatically. A number of sources claim that Thargoid barnacle sites have recently ceased producing materials.​

The situation was addressed by Professor Alba Tesreau of Aegis Research:​

"Thargoid structures remain poorly understood, so we can only theorise why the barnacles in most Pleiades systems have grown barren. Our leading hypothesis is that these sites have been over-exploited in recent years, and humanity has simply exhausted this resource.​
​
What is certain is that meta-alloys are both a valuable commodity and a vital component of anti-xeno technology. It is of paramount importance that we maintain the supply of this material.​
​
Therefore, Aegis Research is spearheading an initiative to identify an alternative source. We ask the galactic community to support us by providing exploration data, in the hope this leads us to undiscovered barnacle sites.​"

Independent pilots who wish to participate can do so by handing in survey scans to The Oracle in the Delphi system between the 4th and the 10th of July.​

To earn rewards you must sign up as an active participant before handing in Exploration Data at The Oracle in the Delphi system.​

Evangeline’s Elite Expeditionary Force has revealed plans to build a megaship in the Shana Bei system.​

Archangel Evangeline, commander of the faction, made the following announcement:​

"The successful construction of the megaship EFS Archangel will serve not only the Federation but the entire galactic community. EFS Archangel will provide a hub for our military operations, allowing us to bring the fight to our enemies and defend imperilled systems. Together, we will make EFS Archangel a safe place to trade and share knowledge. Long live humanity!"

To ensure completion of the project, the organisation has requested Superconductors, Computer Components and Insulating Membranes from the galactic community. Pilots who contribute these resources to the Force at Chu City in Shana Bei will be rewarded at the conclusion of the project.​

The campaign will take place between the 13th and 19th of June 3305. If the final target is met earlier than planned, the campaign will end immediately.​

Sagittarius Eye has announced plans to construct an asteroid station in the Millese system.

A spokesperson for the faction provided the following statement:

"We've found a lovely asteroid in Millese that we can hollow out to build our print works in. We don't have a great deal of experience with building, but our intern has an engineering degree and tells us that we'll need specific materials. Bring us those and we'll reward you handsomely!"

In support of this initiative, the organisation has placed an open order for cobalt, titanium and tantalum, with rewards available to pilots who deliver these commodities to McMullen Ring in the Millese system.

The campaign will take place between the 6th and 12th of June 3305. If the final target is met earlier than planned, the campaign will end immediately.

Following a series of hostile engagements in the Synuefe EN-H d11-96 system, recently established as a hub of Guardian technological research, both Zende Partners and Segnen Exchange have appealed for support.​

Freya Taine, CEO of Zende Partners, made this announcement:​

"Shortly after our company deployed a megaship transport service connecting Zende and Guardian space, our convoys came under attack. We have evidence to suggest that Segnen Exchange is responsible for this flagrant attempt to undermine our efforts.

I call upon the galactic community to assist Zende Partners in removing this threat to our operation. Our plans to begin production of an Advanced Multi-cannon can proceed once Segnen Exchange’s disruptions have been dealt with."

Following a series of hostile engagements in the Synuefe EN-H d11-96 system, recently established as a hub of Guardian technological research, both Zende Partners and Segnen Exchange have appealed for support.​

Cedrik Stone, CEO of Segnen Exchange, provided this statement:​

"Zende Partners apparently intends to control the trade of Guardian commodities in Synuefe EN-H d11-96, which is perhaps why there is violent resistance to their operation. My company would only ever respond to threats with an appropriate level of self-defence.​

In order to reestablish peace and protect our research into new Guardian-human technology, we ask independent pilots to support Segnen Exchange vessels in the system. Securing a permanent presence will allow my company to complete work on an Advanced Dumbfire Launcher on schedule.

Our newly established outpost, Indigo Dock, will serve as our base of operations in these efforts."
