Well after a few days out in and around the Pleiades Sector PD-S b4-0 system setting up a base for Anti-Xeno operations I'm back at the day job in Mobius space. Running cargo in my Cutter, Sweet Amber, is kinda dull after the excitement of my first two unsuccessful Cyclops engagements.The first was basically an accident. I dropped into an NHSS in my Krait (AX RESILIENT) just to get a scan and do some observations. All went fine, we gave each other a mutual sniff and then I went and jettisoned some cargo, which Mr Clops didn't take kindly too. I did have a couple of Gauss Cannons fitted and even manage to take down the first heart. After that things didn't go particularly well.
The second face off was premeditated, it was in the Chief (AX RUBICON), purpose built for Interceptors and once again things started well enough, got two hearts this time but couldn't work out why I was struggling to open up any distance for repairs etc... After things went the way of the first run and I woke up bruised back in the Station, I go check the ship over. Guess who hadn't finished the Thruster engineering.... yep, no Drag Drive and still at Grade 3....
... so here I am, back in the Cutter, truck driving to pay the bills from the last few days..... next time Mr Clops, your mine.
